• Security patches - These are a silicon re-usable patch. There are two per pack. It is recommended to use two per form - one top and one on the bottom of the form. These can be reused, the number of times depends on your skin type.
• Adhesive double sided tape - As the name suggests this is a double sided tape that adheres to the form and your chest, the general cleaning procedure stipulated above also applies to this method. This is a one use devise, each pack contains twenty-four stickers. It is a clean and simple method.

To remove the forms gently peel back the edges and if required us the remover. The remover will be required to remove the residue from your skin.
