Delivery and Collection Options Collection From 35 Brunswick Street West We are always delighted to see our clients, so when you select this option we do our very best to ensure we are available when you need to collect the items. When all the items are available we will either telephone you (if you have left us a mobile number) or email you to inform you that the order is completed. All we ask is for you to inform us when you would like to collect. Unlike most businesses we are almost a 24/7 company so we can normaly accommodate you at any time. For clarity we do need to point out that this is a private address and not a traditional shop. Be assured you will be offered a warm welcome by us on your arrival. The Post Office hold on to the package (including Royal Mail Special Delivery) for up to 21 days, or 7 days for Recorded Signed For deliveries.  Collect+A great fixed price delivery service, all parcels are sent to a collect+ location which can be a shop or postal facility. You provide us with your post code on the order and we will forward three alternative collection points near you. All you have to do is tell us which one you would like us to send it to. If you provide us with your mobile number we can arrange for an sms message to be sent to you informing you that the parcel is ready for collection. The advantage with this system is you can collect any time the facility is open even on a sunday! Delivery to Post Office Boxes UK or World Wide We are happy to deliver any items to a specified Post Office box address either in the UK or world wide. Recorded Delivery (UK) For all UK deliveries unless specified as "Standard Mail" (see below) will be sent using Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery. By using this method Translife and our clients can track the package to the point of delivery. Each parcel is given a unique tracking number by using this number and the date of dispatch the parcel can be tracked using the Royal mail "Track and Trace system". Items are signed for on delivery, should no one be available at the time of delivery the Post Person will leave a card indicating delivery was attempted and goods are available for collect at the local sorting office. Standard Mail When this option is selected as the delivery method all items are sent using Royal Mail 1st class delivery. There is no tracking facility with this option, therefore, once dispatched Translife can not be held responsible if the items are not received as we are unable to track the items down. International Recorded Delivery Unless otherwise specified all International deliveries are sent using Royal Mail International Recorded Delivery. This method allows both Translife and the client to track the parcel to the point of delivery. Depending on the country in question this method of delivery can take between 5-7 working days to reach the client. Translife can not be held responsible for International deliveries should the client select the "standard" method of delivery as we are unable to track the item once it has left our building. Courier Service We can send parcels via courier to any location world-wide, however this is an expensive option and prices will vary depending on weight and volume of the package in question. We will advise you prior to shipment as to the exact cost should you select this option. We recommend FedEx as our preferred courier but will use any courier of your choice. |
