Mr reliable, Mario has been with us since almost the beginning of the company, always helpful eager to learn and an all round nice guy. I don’t think there has ever been a challenge he has not met and always with a positive word and a smile on his face. Like Carolina he is also fluent in Spanish.

Carolina

Often refereed to as the “lady in the hot seat” Carolina is in charge of customer liaisons and ensuring you receive your orders. In fact she is the backbone of the company without whom we would not be where we are today. Being fluent in English and Spanish (her French is not bad either) is a very helpful attribute in this global market. Her product knowledge is very impressive to say the least. Add in a warm and helpful nature as well as hard working and a dedication to client satisfaction it soon becomes clear why Carolina makes everyone feel relaxed when they make that first phone call.

As the Director and founder of the company (established in 2001) I have been here since the beginning and have had the pleasure of meeting many of our clients on both business and social occasions’ many have become close friends over the years.
