We have included colour swatches on our site to give you a general idea of colour. Please keep in mind that the actual wig colour can vary from what you see on your screen. Due to individual monitor settings and scanning techniques, it is not possible to provide an exact match. Our colour swatches are a useful tool that will help determine general colour but they are not going to give you the best result if you have a specific colour in mind. Through years of experience, we have come up with some much better strategies to ensure customer satisfaction. For the best possible match, view the 4 options below to determine which one is right for you.
Option 1
Send us a hair swatch and let us choose the best possible colour match for you. This is the very best way to ensure that you will receive a colour you are happy with. The swatch can be a swatch from your current wig, a swatch of your own hair or a swatch from a friend or relative whose hair colour you love.
Option 2
Send us a picture. Provide us with a photograph. We will choose a colour for you based on the picture. The picture can be a photograph of yourself, a photo of your favourite celebrity, a picture of a beautiful model from your favourite magazine, or a photo of a friend or relative. Any photo of someone whose hair colour you wish to match is fine. Our cosmetologist will personally choose the closest possible match to the photograph. If there are any discrepancies, she will contact you to discuss your options.
Option 3
Let us cross reference the colour to your current wig. If you are an experienced wig wearer, you can provide us with the colour and brand that you are currently wearing. We will cross match that colour to any other brand we carry. For example, if you know you are wearing 8R by Revlon, we can offer a comparable colour in the Henry Margu wig that you have selected. To request a cross reference, select "Cross Reference" from the colour options when you add the wig style to your cart. Next, write a note in the comments section of our order form that includes details on your current wig. Our cosmetologist will personally choose the closest possible match to your current wig. If there are any discrepancies, she will contact you to discuss your options.
Option 4
Request a colour ring - We can provide a colour ring for most of our manufacturers styles, simply select the option if available and we will provide a colour swatch / ring. This service is charged at ten UK Pounds Sterling which is refundable against your order once the colour swatch / ring has been returned to us.
