Payment
We accept Credit Card, Debit Card payments via RBS Worldpay on-line processing system which is fully secure. Goods can be purchased in UK Pounds Sterling, Euro's or US$ at the point of checkout. Payment can also be made via your PayPal account, cheque or postal orders

Cards we accept, (MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / Visa Purchasing / JCB / Solo / Switch and American Express).

The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to Translife Limited have cleared in full.


Order Notes
Please note that transactions can be carried out in UK Ponds Sterling, Euros or US$ for RBS Worldpay transactions. Prices are quoted on the site in UK Pounds sterling at the order processing stage you can select the currency you require to pay in. The exchange rate is calculated by Royal Bank of Scotland on a daily rate. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via the e-mail address you provide complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.

We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, Translife Limited reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

Your order will be sent to as soon as possible.

At this stage, you will be passed on to a Secure Order Processing page, your details will be encrypted by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details all credit card details are visable to the credit card processing company only. Translife do not store personal credit card details and comply to all current data storage requirements.

We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals. All items are shipped under plain cover not marking identify the contents or sender.

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
