We all have questions to ask especially if we are dealing with an unknown. The vast majority of regular question we receive are covered in this section. The majority of the questions relate to confidentiality issues and delivery options and hopefully we have most of them covered here.

We are always delighted to see our clients, so when you select this option we do our very best to ensure we are available when you need to collect the items.
When all the items are available we will either telephone you (if you have left us a mobile number) or email you to inform you that the order is completed. All we ask is for you to inform us when you would like to collect. Unlike most businesses we are almost a 24/7 company so we can normaly accommodate you at any time. For clarity we do need to point out that this is a private address and not a traditional shop. Be assured you will be offered a warm welcome by us on your arrival.

(Ideal delivery option if delivery to your home address is a challange)

A great fixed price delivery service, all parcels are sent to a collect+ location which can be a shop or postal facility. You provide us with your post code on the order and we will forward three alternative collection points near you. All you have to do is tell us which one you would like us to send it to. If you provide us with your mobile number we can arrange for an sms message to be sent to you informing you that the parcel is ready for collection. The advantage with this system is you can collect any time the facility is open even on a sunday! Please note our free delivery for orders over 50 UK Pounds Sterling does not apply when this service is selected, clients will be sent a Paypal request to cover the cost of this service.

Delivery to Post Office Boxes UK or World Wide
We are happy to deliver any items to a specified Post Office box address either in the UK or world wide.

Recorded Delivery (UK)
For all UK deliveries unless specified as "Standard Mail" (see below) will be sent using Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery. By using this method Translife and our clients can track the package to the point of delivery. Each parcel is given a unique tracking number by using this number and the date of dispatch the parcel can be tracked using the Royal mail "Track and Trace system". Items are signed for on delivery, should no one be available at the time of delivery the Post Person will leave a card indicating delivery was attempted and goods are available for collect at the local sorting office.

Standard Mail
When this option is selected as the delivery method all items are sent using Royal Mail 1st class delivery. There is no tracking facility with this option, therefore, once dispatched Translife can not be held responsible if the items are not received as we are unable to track the items down.

International Recorded Delivery
Unless otherwise specified all International deliveries are sent using Royal Mail International Recorded Delivery. This method allows both Translife and the client to track the parcel to the point of delivery. Depending on the country in question this method of delivery can take between 5-7 working days to reach the client. Translife can not be held responsible for International deliveries should the client select the "standard" method of delivery as we are unable to track the item once it has left our building.

Courier Service
We can send parcels via courier to any location world-wide, however this is an expensive option and prices will vary depending on weight and volume of the package in question. We will advise you prior to shipment as to the exact cost should you select this option. We recommend FedEx as our preferred courier but will use any courier of your choice.




All items shipped by Translife Limited are packed under plain cover in a safe and secure manner. The packing contains no markings to identify the sender or the contents within the package, the only exception to this rule is where customs decleration labels are required to be attached to the package. Where customs decleration statements are required we endevour to be as generic as possible with our descriptions.

There is no returns address attached to the outside of the package or any form of advertising logos placed on the package. We at Translife are aware that descresion is paramount and should you have any special instructions or requirements regarding how you wish your items to be packed then please feel free to telephone us (00 44 1273 779467) or email us.




Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.




Only TLL will appear on customers' credit card statement, if the order is placed over the phone, or if the order is sent by email and we proccess it in house. For orders, placed online or by paypal, the full name Translife ltd will be shown as this is our company name. If you prefer that our name does not appear fully on your credit/debit card statement, we strongly recommend that you place the order over the phone or that you email it to us and we will arrange payment with you after receiving the email.
